A: You can select your preferred appointment time as soon as our Zcal booking system is made available. Dates are open generally on the 3rd week of each month (For example: Appointments for June will be open for booking on the 3rd week of May). A: Deposit payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the case of no-show or if you inform us less than 24 hours in advance.

However, if you can't attend your session due to any unforeseen circumstances, please send us a written notification at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for rescheduling. Rescheduling is allowed up to a maximum of 2 times.

A: Only one group representative is required to sign up for the entire group.

A: Yes, absolutely. Our Personal Colour Analysis sessions are conducted in a private room with just you and your consultant.

A: Yes we do, all genders are welcomed!

A: Unfortunately not at the moment. We prioritise in-person appointments as we utilise 149 fabric drapes and colorimeter to determine your unique season and palette with natural lighting. Hence, a physical session is crucial to obtain the most accurate results.

A: If you have serious health issues, please make a remark in the Attendee & Pre-payment form while booking your appointment for our team to take necessary precautions. Additionally, if you are experiencing any symptoms prior to the consultation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can proceed with rescheduling.
