Return & Refund
We understand that plans change. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the appointment may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

For workshops or group sessions, refund eligibility will depend on the event’s policy at the time of registration.
